What changes compared with the shared tour

Who it makes sense for
A schedule built around them, stops when they are needed and seats together. With two adults and two children, in the 3–4 band: US$120 per person.
US$90 per person, the same as the shared tour plus the two upgrades it already includes: your own vehicle and 14 Inkas. From 8 people it is usually the obvious choice.
If your train leaves Ollantaytambo before 4 pm, the private tour shapes the route so you arrive with time to spare; the shared one cannot.
